Job Description
As a Customer Advocate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem resolution, and comprehensive understanding of our company's products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to operate the company's help desk, providing assistance to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming customer queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information about the company's products, services, and ongoing projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Stay informed about the company's ongoing projects, product updates, and service offerings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date responses to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers in generating and updating support tickets, and keep them informed about the status and progress of their tickets, providing regular updates on issue resolution.
- Proactively educate customers on the use of our products and services to enhance their overall experience and create/update knowledge base articles for self-service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using MS office, help desk software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated passion for customer service with a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
