We are seeking an Online Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding customer service and resolving inquiries effectively. As an Online Support Specialist, you will handle incoming calls from clients, providing solutions and support to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues with professionalism and courtesy.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer and manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and build sustainable relationships with clients.
  • Update and maintain client documentation and logs accurately.
  • Perform multitasking abilities to navigate through multiple systems and websites.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette and active listening.
  • Excellent command of written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.
